. Minutes from last meeting: Minutes and Message – Committee Meeting Members,
Many thanks to you for attending our Area 46 Literature Committee Meeting; I mean that sincerely. Without you, there would be no committee. We had 17 members from 10 districts in attendance!
I hope that you get the literature "bug." Literature will speak out to you and further enhance your sobriety. Literature is helping me to a good beginning of discovery by reading and learning much more about our life-changing Fellowship, Alcoholics Anonymous.
Two great ways to pass on the message of recovery through literature were discussed at our meeting. I want to share these with you again.
1. Literature display rack with pamphlets: this can be a permanent group or district display or travel with you from meeting to meeting. The Display Rack, Item M-8 on page 6 in our 2009/2010 Literature Catalog is $20 plus a $3 shipping fee. BUT, when you order the rack I will send you a literature display package containing over 50 pamphlets.
2. Literature workshop: with the literature material I gave you at the assembly you can conduct your own group workshop. If you want me to conduct a district workshop, simply contact me. I will be glad to visit your district for an event.
I am here to help you...we are a team. Please do not hesitate to phone, email or write. With your involvement we can make literature "come alive" and possibly help others still suffering. Yours in service, Bill L
